CICONIA is a genus of birds in the stork family, long associated with folklore and legend. To some Ciconia means ‘merciful’ or ‘kind’, to others it is a representation of ‘parental devotion’. To us, Ciconia is all of these things. The genesis of life, inspired by beauty, nature and optimism.

CICONIA ORGANICS was founded in 2021 by designer Anna Andrews, who set out on a mission to create an inspired collection of stylish and sustainable organic babywear and luxurious boxed gift sets.

After a career designing for well known British and international brands, Anna set up Ciconia Organics with an aim to apply her love for colour and trend to her own ‘little lifestyle’ designs.  Using only natural and organic materials, she considered the eco value of every single element.

The result was a sustainable range of babywear in minimalist all over prints, also featuring in tastefully co-ordinated and beautifully presented, sophisticated gift sets. The perfect combination of style, sustainability and peace of mind.

All collections are hand designed in the United Kingdom, taking influence from the beautiful coastal and country habitats of Dorset, where Ciconia Organics’ studio is based.

Manufacturing takes place at a certified facility in northern Portugal that has achieved the highest standards of sustainable fabrication, using only organic cotton that meets the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) - the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.

This dedication to natural organic materials, ethical production and a circular economy has seen Ciconia Organics featured in national and international publications such as VOGUE and THE GREEN PARENT, alongside other notable luxury baby brands. Demonstrating that environmental awareness can comfortably co-exist harmoniously alongside beautiful, innovative design.

The complete gift experience - special, natural, luxurious.
