We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products and that they arrive in pristine condition. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

For returns to be accepted we must be notified within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. After 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. We allow another 14 days for you to return the goods with a completed Returns Authorisation Form. The item must remain in the condition and packaging in which it was received.

Once we receive the returned item and are satisfied, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will not refund shipping charges. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to show. Payments can only be refunded to the original payment method. Notification that the refund has been processed will be sent to the email address provided by the original purchaser.

If you would like instead to exchange your item for a different colour or style, please contact us. 



1.  Email within 14 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorisation Form and Return Authorisation Number.

2.  Print out and complete the Return Authorisation Form, not forgetting to include the Return Authorisation Number quoted in the Subject line of the accompanying email.

3.  Pop the completed form inside the parcel and send to Ciconia Organics, Attn: Returns, Unit 1, Sovereign Business Park, Willis Way, Poole, BH15 3TB, United Kingdom.


We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


For international returns we recommend using a trusted courier. We do not cover the cost of these returns.
