WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. There are two UK delivery options:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Signed For' - FREE
(Normally arrives in 2-3 business days, requires a signature)
- Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' - £7
(Normally arrives in 1-2 business days, requires a signature)
International orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service:
- Europe delivery aim 3-5 business days - £15
- Rest of World delivery aim 5-7 business days - £25

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and another email when your order has been dispatched.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A MISSED DELIVERY?
If Royal Mail attempt to deliver your order and nobody is home, a card will be left and the package held at a local sorting office awaiting redelivery instructions or collection.
DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE GIFT BOXED?
Yes, except for purchases of individual clothing items or accessories. Baby gift boxes are also protected in transit by an outer mailer.
CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?
Yes, on the checkout page you will have the option to include a personal message with all gift boxes. Do not forget to say who the gift is for and who it is from! In the case of some twin boxes that contain two cards, please do not forget to stipulate which message should go into which card.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We use premium products and take great care to make sure this does not happen, but in the event that it does, you should report it to us straight away, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. On receipt of your email we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Form and a Returns Authorisation Number. The damaged item can then be returned to us within 14 days.
